This top-of-the-line simulator offers day and night vision, enabling you to embark on exciting missions such as landing on an aircraft carrier or performing manoeuvres at military airbases, all while experiencing realistic fighter jet sounds and movements. The Mach 2.0 McDonnell Douglas-designed F4 Phantom is a legendary aircraft, and this simulator, used to train numerous RAF pilots, faithfully replicates its cockpit down to the last detail, including genuine RAF fighter jet pilot uniforms. Your session kicks off with a briefing from your knowledgeable pilot instructor, who will guide you through the intricate controls. Despite the complexity, you'll be the one at the helm, taking off and landing this powerful yet agile jet. With the 'Duo' experience, both participants can enjoy 30 minutes of intense fighter jet simulation, adding an exhilarating competitive edge to the adventure.

- Fully immersive real aircraft simulator experience
- Take the controls of an ex RAF F-4 Phantom simulator with its original cockpit and fully functional instruments
- Fly a mission under the guidance of an experienced instructor sitting alongside the cockpit
- 25 minute pre-flight briefing
- Climb into the ejector seat of the front cockpit and take the controls for the duration of your chosen flight time
- The simulator boasts detailed visual systems, surround sound and hydraulic motion to recreate a realistic flying experience
- De-brief and presentation of a personalised souvenir certificates
- Sessions can usually be tailored to existing flying ability so it doesn't matter if you have never flown before or are an experienced pilot
- The 'Duo' session allows you to share the fun with a friend and receive 30 minutes of flying time each

- Minimum age is 12
- Under 16s must be accompanied on site by an adult over 18
- Maximum height 6 foot 4 inches
- Good, general mobility is required for this experience
- Not suitable for those who suffer from claustrophobia, motion sickness, epilepsy, those with restricted mobility or with a nervous disposition
- Mondays to Sundays throughout the year (excluding Bank Holidays)
- Sessions are generally available between 09:00 and 19:00, 10:00-17:00 on Sundays
- Dates are subject to availability

- Guests are welcome but cannot view the activity, take photos or ride onboard the simulator
- There is a comfortable lounge area with complimentary tea and coffee
- An A4 photograph of the experience can be provided by the venue for a fee of £15 payable on the day
