About the experience
A landaway aerial adventure awaits as you take off from Brighton to fly to the Isle of Wight on this unique flying experience for two! Taking to the skies in a four-seater Piper PA-28 aircraft, one of you will be sat in the rear seats whilst another will be sat beside your pilot instructor on your first 40 minute flight from Brighton City Airport near Shoreham, as you pass over Sussex and Hampshire and across the Solent to land at Sandown Airport on the Isle of Wight. Upon landing, you'll park up the plane and head off for your detailed ground briefing over a cuppa. Then it's time to take off again, but this time, you'll swap places with your fellow aviator who'll get to sit beside the pilot instructor whilst you sit in the rear! And this second flight back to Shoreham is also 40 minutes in length, and like the first, it's very hands-on, as they are conducted like lessons, so you'll learn how to fly the plane straight and level, maybe even initiate some turns whilst you're at the controls. But of course, if you'd prefer to take it all in and observe that's perfectly fine as well. Either way, with double the take-offs and double the landings, it promises to be double the excitement for you both!

- Choose the 4-seater option and an 'interested observer may join you for your flight (subject to combined weight restrictions and at the pilot's discretion)
- Customers may need to provide a form of photographic ID
- Spectators are welcome to attend
- The airport has an onsite restaurant and bar as well as plenty of viewing areas of the runway
- Brighton is just along the coast, offering hundreds of attractions, shops and restaurants
