About the experience
We are proud to offer the most premium Hot Air Ballooning experience for you to enjoy, with the option to take flight on weekdays or weekends with this Anytime package for one. Whether it's early in the morning or late in the afternoon, these flights taking off from Wild Pig Farm in the village of Stadhampton in Oxfordshire, which is a working farm and farm shop, are something special. Upon arrival, you'll meet and greet the ballooning team over tea or coffee with pastries. Following your safety briefing, you'll get the opportunity - if you'd like to - of helping the team with preparing the balloon for the experience. With a capacity of up to 22 people, you'll be flying in one of the largest baskets of any balloon in the UK, although the actual group numbers are between 10 to 18, so as to give everyone a comfortable amount of room on the flight. And whilst the burners used to get the balloon up into the air control the altitude, it's the wind direction which will ultimately assign the course and speed of your flight. Climbing to heights of 2000 ft, you'll marvel at the many sights from above in the glorious Oxfordshire countryside, seeing its delightful chocolate box villages - maybe, depending on how the flights, you might even get a chance to see the Chiltern Hills Area of Natural Beauty. Overall, under the piloting of your chief pilot, Spencer Craze, you're sure to have the hot air balloon ride of your life - and you'll also get to toast the flight with a glass of champagne once you've landed!

Information
- Minimum age 10
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum height 4ft 8ins (146 cm)
- Not suitable during pregnancy
- Nobody under the influence of alcohol is permitted to fly
- Passengers must be able to stand unassisted for at least an hour, be able to bend their knees to take the seated landing position, follow all instructions given by the pilot and react quickly in the unlikely event of an emergency
- Passengers must be sure they do not have any pre-existing or current medical conditions which could be affected by a hot air balloon flight including but not exclusively recent major surgery
- The basket provides easy access: Two compartments have doors with just a small step up and down. The other two compartments have foot holes in the basket to help you climb in and out
- Family and friends are welcome to watch your take-off

- Sunrise flights take off approximately one hour after sunrise
- Sunset flights take off around three hours before sunset
- Participants should arrive at least one hour before take-off
- Please note, optimum weather conditions are needed for balloons to be able to safely operate
- If the weather forecast is deemed unsuitable your flight will be rescheduled
- Participants must phone at 10:30 on the evening before for sunrise flights or at 13:00 on the day for sunset flights to check the status of the flight and arrival time
- Warm, comfortable layers should be worn
- Comfortable flat shoes (no flip flops, open-toed sandals or high heels)
- Hats or caps are recommended to protect your head from the burners
- If your flight needs to be rescheduled bookings are non-refundable and can be rescheduled only
