At Enstone, you'll have the opportunity to fly in distinctive aircraft such as the Diamond DA20 Katana and Diamond Super Dimona. These impressive fixed-wing aircraft offer the unique experience of silent, engineless soaring high above the clouds before gracefully returning to the Enstone runway. You'll be paired with a skilled flying instructor who will not only ensure your safety but also provide guidance on pre-flight checks. They will orchestrate the takeoff, final descent, and landing while offering you ample opportunity to take the controls and feel the exhilaration of piloting. Cruise at an altitude of around 2000ft and learn firsthand about the workings of the elevator, ailerons, and rudders. Then, with expert guidance, take the controls and become an honorary pilot as you navigate the skies. Enstone Airfield, with its virtually unrestricted airspace, two runways (including one grass runway), and convenient apron for parking right in front of the clubhouse, provides the perfect setting to elevate your flying skills to new heights.
