Clench Common presents a challenge for pilots due to the tricky thermals created by the ridges of the North Wessex Downs. However, the forgiving handling of the Ikarus aircraft allows even beginners to develop smooth flying skills from their very first lesson.

- As a guide, a maximum permitted weight would be approximately 110 Kilos
- You must be reasonably fit, and in good health (For any concerns please check with your GP)
- Under 17s will require parental or guardian consent prior to flying
- Minimum age of 14 provided they are tall enough to reach all of the controls
- All flights are subject to weather conditions
- Flights operate Monday-Saturday, subject to availability
