Soar across one of the most iconic British seaside landscapes with a 60 Minute Flying Lesson from Blackpool Airport! Not only is this a unique chance to see the Blackpool Tower and famous Pleasure Beach away from the crowds but an excellent flying lesson ideal for beginners or those working towards gaining their flying licence. Lessons have been taking place here since 1947 and today, you'll find a host of expert instructors who are passionate about getting people comfortable in the skies. Before you leave the ground, you'll have a pre-flight briefing so you can get an understanding of the controls before taking into the skies. Your pilot will give you some time to take in the stunning surroundings such as the famous Golden Beach, the Pier that juts out to the sea and the soaring red Blackpool Tower. But remember - this is a flying lesson! So you can't spend too long focusing on the view, especially when it's your turn to take the controls. With excellent facilities at the site, including an Airside café and bar, the whole family can join in on this lesson and watch you take off through the skies.
