About the experience
There is no better place to take a flying lesson than over the idyllic Cornish coast from Newquay Airport. If you find yourself exploring Cornwall and want to see the sights from a new perspective, this flying lesson in a Cessna or Robin light aircraft is the ideal experience. Not only will you learn a new skill and get to grips with flying an aircraft, but be treated to fantastic views all around. As this is a longer session, you may even get the chance to fly near the Eden Project, witness the raggedy cliffs of Tintagel or the bustling town of Falmouth. All of these places are spectacular to explore on foot, but witnessing this varied landscape from the air is something else. However, you won’t be able to loose yourself in the views too much as you have a plane to fly! Seated alongside an expert instructor, you will get the chance to learn the controls and get a taster for flying through the skies. This is bound to be a memorable experience and may even cause you to catch the flying bug as you fall in love with aviation exploring. With wonderful views promised over the Mawgan Porth beaches and beyond, this 50 minute lesson is not only a sightseeing session but a convenient way to learn how to fly and build up your experience in the skies.

- A trial flying lesson in a two-seater aircraft
- A pre-flight briefing and safety checks with your instructor

- Fly over scenic areas, including Padstow, The Eden Project, Port Isaac and Bodmin
- At the end of your lesson, you will be presented with a personalised certificate
