30 Minute Aerobatics Experience Headcorn Aerodrome
About the experience
Get ready for an epic adventure with this awesome 30-minute Biplane Aerobatics experience at Headcorn Aerodrome, Kent! Picture yourself cruising through the Kentish skies aboard a vintage 1948 Stampe SV4 biplane. Meet the Stampe SV, a gem built under license by Societe Nationale de Constructions Aeronautiques du Nord (SNCAN) back in '48. Only a limited batch of these French and Algerian wartime planes were ever made—less than a thousand to be exact. G-LPM, once registered as F-BHET in France, now calls Kent home. It's got quite the history too, being part of the famous Rothman's display team, dazzling crowds across Britain and Europe. Now, it's your turn to take the reins. Your journey kicks off with a thorough preflight briefing, where you'll get the lowdown on everything, followed by lending a hand with those pre-flight checks. Then, it's time to hit the grass runway at Headcorn. Once you're up in the air, brace yourself to witness the full potential of this biplane—think loops, inverted flights, and more. Feeling adventurous? You might even get a shot at piloting the biplane yourself. And hey, to top it off, you'll be decked out in a stylish Irvin flying jacket to keep you snug and looking the part. Don't let this incredible opportunity slip away! Grab your voucher now and prepare to soar the skies in style aboard this vintage beauty!
