About the experience
Is there a better way to learn how to fly than over the beautiful Cornish countryside? During your lesson in a Cessna or Robin light aircraft you’ll be treated to incredible views over Mawgan Porth beaches and the rugged Cornish coastline as soon as you are airborne. Departing from Newquay is not only a convenient location that’s easily accessible from North Cornwall, but an airport that treats you to sights as soon as you take off. It won’t be long before you find yourself falling in love with this landscape as you wave goodbye to the tourist crowds and marvel at the sights from the air. But of course, this is a flying lesson too, where you’ll be shown all of the controls from an experienced instructor who will offer you expert guidance throughout the duration of your session. As light aircrafts are so durable and suitable for beginners, you’ll soon be picking up the hang of flying it no time and be able to enjoy the views all around you. Watch as the bouncy waves lap against the shoreline as you cruise gently over the landscape and are treated to scenic Cornwall from above. There is truly no experience like seeing Cornwall from the air, and what’s even better is you get to learn how to fly a plane too.
